I don't know what paper you read, or if you even buy a newspaper, but if your like me a person wanting their business to be found, the way you write your press release is important.

PR Web gives good information on how to write press releases on their web site, and their tips are useful to getting it right. They suggest that 300 - 400 words is about right, and don't write an ad - write a story.
