Spread the word - this has been Christ's instruction to his apostles in his
effort to relay what his mission in coming to this world, that is, aside
from saving us from our sins.

True to their word, the apostles did their best to fulfill this mission
entrusted onto them even if it caused them their own deaths. This mission
has been passed on from generations to generations and is still the mission
that the Church upholds.

Religion has taken various forms promulgating God's word. It had also taken
many faces: Different purposes with different ways... all with the same
cause.

As the forms of religion increased its number, the concept slowly began to
be a battle among these enterprises in an effort to gain the majority in
terms of allegiance.

The Church, being the eldest, has also started learning and maturing as it
grows with age. The mission of spreading the word has slowly changed its
ways as mankind evolved.

Being a devout Christian, I initially had a hard time accepting the reality
that the Church has also evolved with the outside world and has also
accepted the idea of making use of blogs to spread God's word. I had
initially viewed it as a false essence of faith that people are slowly
starting to practice. How could they profess to being true Christians if
they're means of practice is in front of the monitors of their PCs? Are the
teachings being relayed exactly as it is intended? What if the various
opinions and understanding of this practice creates another facade where in
the lay people will stray on?

These are some of the questions that went into my head. Then I realized
that as Christ has entrusted to his apostles his Father's words, he knew
from the start that it would not be relayed the way He would have done so.
I further realized that this is the essence of faith.

Having come to this realization that the advancement of man's ways will no
longer regress to the old ones, and with the reality that it is but proper
to adjust your means with your audience, Blogs are seen to be the best, if
not the only means, of spreading the word to those unable to spare time as
it should be properly accorded.

With the use of Blogs, the Church continually expresses the teachings and
whether you believe it or not, after assessing the current trends, has
reached a huge amount of success at it.

spreading the word would be faster and more effective. The word is able to
reach a wide number of people in need or is searching for a bit of peace
