So what would I want people to read about in my blogs?

Getting a hang of all these blogging things, I couldn't help but wish that I could get to talk more.
We "can" talk without actually selling ourselves, right? [Though the idea of being able to get sales from our blogs would be all the more fun.]
So what would I want people to read about in my blogs?
I've been tagged as a shadow for quite a while, not being able to write my own thoughts. That's not totally true anymore. I've practiced writing about different topics ranging from politics to just the simple trivia. And yet, I'm still being asked to show personality.
Can I help it if my head is overflowing so much of ideas, that I seem to jump from one thought to another? No... I'm just showing everyone else that "I" am human... and could think for myself at that.
I would like to be able to let people read about me and get to know me more than just the shadow that I've become. I would like to have people see my sincerity through my writings enough for them to get to know me more as a person and as a colleague who's willing to learn and be commented on.
Lastly, I would want to let everyone know how I came and land on this concept of trade that I've got. Not to actually claim that I'm the best... instead, show everyone that I am an able competitor at that.
It's more of sharing an essence of myself in my own little way. You may think its still a bit skimpy. But hey... I'm still learning... am I not?
Establishing a reputation in the market place is tough, why not use our copywriter? ...........................................................................
Is there a job that you need done, that does not require a physical presence in your office?
