Where were you born Tamkin?

"I was Born in Lahore, Pakistan. We moved to London when I was a veryyoung child. My father was in the diplomatic service and accepted aposting to the Pakistani Embassy London".

Where did your interest in business come from?

"By the age of 14, during myschool holidays, I was already successfully selling surplus lines from our family import/export business. I sold to anyone &everyone, the rag trade wholesalers and customers in London streetmarkets. “I learned a lot but I felt that I was still not there or madeit in real business enviorment. I realised that to do well, I needed to complete my education first”.

"In 1981, following a number of good jobs and management successs, I made my first property investment. From that single investment I quickly developed a large national and international property portfolio, making me almost financially free".

And, were you content?

"Yes, but there was still something missing”, I realised that I had real skills in helping people to connect and do deals"

Was it at this time you moved into being a Mentor?

"So I started running, Property Networking & Wealth Creation Events, which soon turned into a real business.

I educated and helped to show people how to become more wealthy. From running free seminars in London, I now run events all over the UK , including major conferences on investment and wealth seminars (more than 245 Wealth Creation Events now".

"I also use my expertise to help people network effectively in today’s business environment, as well as mentoring individuals and managing events for Clubs and my joint venture partners".

And still you are every bit a family man, aren't you Tamkin?

"I now live on the South London/Surrey border and have been married to my wife Naila, for some 28 years. We have three adult children, Mubeen, Ahtisham and Iram".

Tamkin has 538 friends on Facebook, and 2010 fans for Ask Tamkin......

Tamkin has also started a club called the 10 hour Work Week, and his first question is, "What's the cost of VAs (Virtual Assistants)?"

His answer, "You can pay from £25.00 per hour + sign up fee. I pay $20.00ph that's £10ph so That's way I'm an Entrepreneur...I only need 10hours!"
