·        To transfer your booking to any other sailing any other day without extra cost
·        To put your booking on hold for later use on any future sailing without extra cost
·        To cancel and refund your booking
Within the next 24 hours a member of our Customer Service team will contact you to agree the details.
 
As a compensation for the inconvenience, we would also like to give you a free return ticket that will be valid for any sailing within the next 12 months. Should you be unable to use this ticket yourself it can be passed on to a person of your choice.
 
Once again we apologise for the inconvenience and ask for your understanding.
