Do you want a job?
One of the jobs our Virtual Assistants have is to work with clients who want to follow up invoices sent to them from utilities.
Can you imagine how irate clients feel about charges that they receive, that are excessive?
One of our client's today asked us to phone Telefonica Europe plc (O2) mobile network and query a charge that they had for roaming in Europe - it would appear that O2 are unfair?
We were asked to blog about it too.
On searching Facebook there are a number of O2 clubs, and we were somewhat surprised to read this comment, which apparently threatens staff working for them.
Do zombies work in corporations?

It sounds Orwellian doesn't it?
Big Brother is always right.
Whatever happened to free speech?
Do you think that this comment is dictatorial? Threatening or what?
We phoned for our client O2 on several occasions, and customer relations were very evasive, and trying very hard to deter any client complaint.
Whatever happened to the Union? I just thank God I work for an Organisation, where employees have rights, and bullying is not allowed!
