Do you have that sinking feeling?
Could it be a vibration?
Could I Wannado Business have found something? A haze or a feeling?
Let me guess the admin is the Pied Piper of Hamlin, and the - - - - have left the city - please forgive my pun it's incorrigible, isn't it!
A lot of networkers on Ecademy are super people who have a good sense of humor, and also a head for business. I also remember when I was on Ecademy that I met Warren Cass, the brilliant mind behind Business Scene, Steven Healey and some friends who have stayed friends, even despite my having been booted off that network for my sarcasm and naiviety.
I think the one thing that really annoyed me about Ecademy was that the rage was selling, and the sheer exhibitionism of the blogs was nothing short of advertising, of which some was misleading to say the least. Anyone who commented on a blog, would find so much spam in their mail boxes that for some with little or no business to do it became an addiction.
Another parallel on the frontpage was patronisation, the stalker and the trolls who loved follow the leader, and Thomas Power, the founder of the network along with his wife Penny. Both of them lovable, but a little clicky in a culture, and within that core there was a clique of networkers that ruled Ecademy, which was very hard to penetrate.
I remember that Blackstars were the buzz, the B was the buzz word, and when I first joined the network I wanted so much to be one, but having started as a rank beginner fortunately the network was at that time not misselling the product and I was advised not to.
I did have some good friends who did, including Maurice Watts, who recouped their original capital many times over, but later the board presumably needing large sums of money put up the price of the buzz word, and missold it.
I got hammered in my blogs on the frontpage, but it shaped me in article writing, and I learned good lessons - yes I did!
However you either loved Ecademy or hated it! I stopped being people power, encouraging others so to speak, and became a criticizer - I should have left, but Eek was still an addiction! Subsequently I started deriding the attraction networkers, and laughing at their blogs - I had a wicked sense of humour.
Then it finally came, the final blog

I was booted off Ecademy, and in my disgrace and demise from the network, I actually started making money - to cries of derision and abuse from some.
I lost an advertising stream that I had made revenue from, but banned on Ecademy was the end, and though I have a presence on that network I have no say, but who really does?
It's a shame that the network has gone down in rank, member's visability is only limited to that network and not to the web, or so it seems.
What if the Powers had had more business sense - Ecademy had become as big as Facebook - it could have happened, couldn't it, but it didn't?
So why are there so many Ecademists on I Wannado Business?
