Yes - of course there is a place for his business on ecademy - his 'recreational activities' are his own business ( and not a business ).

The stand up stuff - thats real work. Hookin aint - its not a sustainable industry. Social Media Assistant is a sustainable industry. Hooker is not. If he wants to make a market offering that is his time - thats consulting. Selling your time is an industry regardless of what you are doing with your time. Say ..someone wanted to interview him about his life - thats one thing - but I dont believe that Ecademy should allow him to sell 'his touch' or something would be unacceptable - because.. Ecademy is a place for business - and hookin aint business.

Comment on Can Virtual Assistants Compete With Catch Friday On Price?

It most certainly has, the use of virtual assistants has almost definatly taken over from short term contract workers. Mainly because of the fact that you do not need to free up your office space to require the help of a virtual assistant, plus the fact that they have a lot more flexibility that an ordinary employee.

Comment on Brand Gives Away Book on Social Media 295 pages

Red the first part, and it looks like a book written a long time ago. Personally, i wouldn't recommend anyone to invest in real estate at the moment if you want to make money the lazy way, it is way too risky for someone without knowledge about the market. This mentality of the real estate market always going up caused the finacial crisis...

Yes your right Dirk since I wrote the book the Real Estate Market has collapsed.

Comment on Personal Virtual Assistants – Modern Day Business Strategy

True, hiring a personal has a number of advantages. Primarily, it provides convenience to the employer saving them time and effort. But there are also some things to consider though, one of it is probably the qualifications that the employer needs. E.G. > You can't hire a non-technical VA to do some webdeveloping or webdesigning tasks or hire a technical VA(but not english proficient) to answer calls and write for you... I use Alexa as a tool, as I recommend all do, simply by using it as a measurement of my activity. 90 days ago I was at a ranking of over 6,000,000 on my blog, (the old tale...cobbler's children have no shoes! lol...) and I decided to work on my own real estate. Took a quick Alexa snapshot and went to work doing what I know drives up Page ranking etc, articles, social bookmarking, backlinking as you are all aware of in this business. Today my Alexa ranking gives me a value, a quick measurement of how effective I have been. I rank around 600,000 international and 63,000 US. Now, I am not a member of any syndicate or anything like that. I believe that Alexa is just like any other tool to be used to measure effectiveness and not to hitch my wagon to (as in STAR). What is your opinion on this use of Alexa?

The tweet was about backlinking and I can always learn something new in that are. By the way, my def of SEM is not PPC management but marketing management overall. I did enjoy your article, and just as important I surfed your blog and saw so many other articles I must read. Really glad I found this just by being alert and curious. Will be back and appreciate the opportunity to comment and support your premise.
